    Slow delivery then wrong item then promise of refund and nothing.

    Having bought 3 items on a 7-10 day delivery this would arrive before Christmas however didn’t arrive until 31st January. Fair enough busy times etc. when arrived it was 1 wrong item not worth anywhere near the £112 I paid. I emailed and they did respond and was told that I would get a full refund within 10 days and nothing. No reply to my emails like before so assume they are never going to pay up. So not only was it late for a Christmas present and had to explain to my children but got a whole load of I told you sos from my wife and am £112.50 out of pocket. Don’t trust these scammers.
